ADMINISTRATOR’S INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING 

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we inform you that the controller of your personal data is the Mayor of Krakow, based at Pl. Wszystkich Świętych 3-4, 31-004 Krakow. You can contact the controller by mail (address as above) or electronically via email at: wt.umk@um.krakow.pl 

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of registering participants for the "Historical Cities 3.0" Conference. 

Your data is included in the register of processing activities titled PROMOTION AND TOURISM TELE-ADDRESS DATABASE. 

We inform you that: 

1. You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, its rectification, or restriction of processing. 

2. Personal data will be processed until the matter for which they were collected is resolved and then retained for 25 years, after which they will be transferred to the National Archives in Krakow. 

3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. 

4. Providing personal data is voluntary. However, failing to provide the data will result in being unable to register for the Conference. 

5. The legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(e) of the GDPR. Processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. 


Furthermore, we inform you that you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data at any time, for reasons related to your particular situation.
